1. Booking Policy
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) and include necessary traveler details.
- A deposit (typically 30%) is required to secure your reservation.
- Full payment is due before the tour begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the tour: Full refund minus transaction fees.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days: No refund (but we may offer rescheduling based on availability).
- No-shows are non-refundable.
3. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical expenses, and loss of personal items.
- Ngatunga Tours is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the tour.
4. Health & Safety
- Your safety is our priority. We work with licensed guides and ensure all activities follow local safety standards.
- Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or special requirements
5. Responsible Tourism Policy
- We are committed to sustainable and ethical tourism.
- We work closely with local communities, support local businesses, and ensure fair treatment of guides and staff.
- We respect local cultures and encourage our guests to do the same
6. Child & Group Policy
- Children are welcome under adult supervision. Discounts may apply for children under 12.
- Group discounts and custom itineraries are available for families, schools, and organizations.
7. Code of Conduct
- We expect our staff and guests to behave respectfully and responsibly during all tours.
- Discrimination, harassment, or disrespect towards staff or local communities will not be tolerated.
