• Refunds depend on how early the cancellation is made prior to the tour start date.
• No refund is given for unused services once a tour has begun.

• If we must cancel a tour for any reason, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered

5. Client Responsibilities

• Travelers must carry valid travel documents, passports, and visas where required.
• It is the client’s responsibility to follow local laws and customs.

6. Travel Insurance

• We highly recommend travel insurance that covers medical issues, cancellations, and theft.
• Ngatunga Tours is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damages during your trip.
