Meals & Accomodations

Upon arrival at Iringa Airport—or via a morning flight from Dar es Salaam—you’ll be met and transferred to Ruaha National Park, a scenic drive of approximately 2 to 3 hours from Iringa.
Settle into your lodge or tented camp located within the park. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon at your leisure, or, if time permits, embark on an optional sunset game drive to catch your first glimpse of Ruaha’s incredible wildlife.

After an early breakfast, set off on an exhilarating full-day game drive through the diverse landscapes of Ruaha National Park. Discover the wildlife-rich areas along the Great Ruaha River, the Mwagusi Sand River, and the surrounding miombo woodlands.
Keep your eyes peeled for iconic African wildlife, including lions, elephants, kudu, giraffes, zebras, leopards, and an impressive variety of over 570 bird species.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the heart of the wilderness before continuing your exploration. Return to camp by evening for a hearty dinner and time to unwind.

Begin your day with an early morning guided walking safari, accompanied by a professional guide and armed ranger. Experience the thrill of tracking wildlife on foot while gaining fascinating insights into the local flora and animal behavior.
Return to camp for a well-deserved breakfast, then enjoy some leisure time. In the late afternoon, you have the option to head out on another game drive, this time with a focus on spotting predators and elusive nocturnal animals as the sun sets.
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Start your final day with an optional early morning game drive or walking safari to soak in the last moments of Ruaha’s wild beauty.
After breakfast at the lodge, you’ll be transferred to Iringa Airport or board your flight back to Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar.
