After breakfast, we will leave head towards the Serengeti. After a 4/5 hours drive, we will
arrive at the Serengeti. After lunch we'll do a game drive all afternoon in this beautiful park.
The Serengeti is known for its endless plains of savannah and forest landscapes. An area of
about 30,000 km2 in the north of Tanzania and Kenya, of which 80 % is located in Tanzania.
The park is famous for the migration involving about 1.5 million herbivores and followers.
Thousands of predators are moving because of the drought in the northern hills to the
southern plains. The grasslands cover more than one-third of the park, where you will find
many animals throughout the year.
You will continue your Afrlcan safari experience to one of the country's biggest draws: the
Serengeti Natlonal Park. The endless plains and abundance of wildlife that call the
Serengeti home are unsurpassed. The Wildebeest Migration with more than a mllion
wildebeest is probably the highlight of the Serengetl. It is a true spectacle and impressive
to watch millions of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles thunder across the endless plains of
the Serenget.
Together with your private gulde, you will be looking for the herds across the plains. Apart
from the migratory animals, you will also get to see lots of other animals, like lions,
cheetahs, leopards, and many more. Expect to be Impressed by the natural beauty of
Africa's most famous park. At the end of the afternoon, we'll arrive at Serengeti Haltage
,where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset overnight and dinner in Serengeti.
After breakfast at 6 am, drive to the northern part of Serengeti National Park and is found
between the central part of Serengeti National Park and Masai Mara National Reserve in the
south western part of Kenya.
The landscape is made up of Rolling Hills, Acacia Woodland, Grassy plains, and also Rock
Outcrops. The Mara River is a major crossing point during the wildebeest migration and can
be seen in the grassy plains during in July and September but is also found in the northern
part of Serengeti National Park.
Herds of Wildebeests can be seen as they cross the river where Nile Crocodiles can be
seen. Wildlife species, which can be seen during a safari around the northern part of
Serengeti National Park, include Buffalos, Zebras, Gazelles, Impalas, Giraffes,Lions,
Leopards among others. Predators are among the attractions that can be spotted around
the northern part of Serengeti.Overnight and dinner at Serengeti Haltage.
The southeastern portion of Serengeti is teeming with wildlife year round, but the peak in
terms of wildlife density is between December and April.
Giant herds of wildebeest and zebra are attracted by the seasonal rains pouring down. In
this period the best area to see wildlife is around Lake Ndutu, in the heart of the wildebeest
gathering.
This is where female wildebeest give birth to countless calves and therefore makes up one
of the highlight of the Great Migration. All these young herbivores serve as a magnet to
predators with the result of southeastern Serengeti becoming the dramatic scene of new
life, and death.
The vachellia woodlands surrounding the lakes provide shelter to a range of birds not to be
found elsewhere in the Serengeti. Stay alert and you may spot a fantastically coloured
Fischer's lovebird. With all the action concentrating in this area it is important to point out
that the phenomenon attracts, besides predators, a lot of visitors, resulting in high vehicle
traffic.
The southeastern plains are dotted with several clusters of koppies (or kopjes). Kopjes form
a microhabitat inhabited by non-plains wildlife such as rock hyrax, klipspringer, leopard
and various cliff-nesting raptors. Lions use kopjes as shelter or as vantage point enabling to
survey the surrounding plains.
As the name suggests, Simba Koppies, on the main road between Seronera and the
Ngorongoro Crater Area is good for lion sightings. The grasslands around the more easterly
Gol Koppies is excellent for both cheetah and lion. Although trees flourish on the sides of
koppies, a striking feature of the surrounding plains is its lack of trees altogether.
After waking up early in the morning, then we will have breakfast of coffee, tea, and
biscuits. Then, we will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife.
Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro conservation Area
supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo,
eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this
picturesque national park, is it’s dense population of predators, which include lions,
hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a
trained eye to spot.
You will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner,
which is one of the main features of the crater.
A large number of flamingos, hippos, and other water birds can usually be seen here. After
7 hrs of game drive safari's, you will return to the Arusha then Kilimanjaro Airport for the
flight to Zanzibar.
Chiling to enjoy Paje, jambiani Beaches take a walk and swimming.
Enjoy the natural beauty of Zanzibar on a traditional wooden sailboat (dhow). Visit 3
beautiful island where you can swim, snorkel and enjoy an delicious barbecue.
Another popular snorkeling trip is to Mnemba Atoll, one of the most beautiful snorkel spots
in Zanzibar.Exclusions in zanzibar and we have a tour guides speak different Languages.

responsible dolphins watching and are lucky enough to see dolphins on 90% of our
excursions. Menai bay is home to two species of dolphins: Indo-Pacific Humpback and the
Bottlenose.
Kuza Caves.
One of the favorite things about Zanzibar is that no matter how long you spend here there’s
always something new for you to discover the Kuza Cave & Cultural Center. The walk down
to the cave is down a path that makes you feel like you’re in a jungle.
The cave was used for a long time as a center for spiritual & traditional ceremonies, as the
water is said to be magic, especially for wishes. But, after Islam began to spread across the
island the cave stopped being used as much for these ceremonies.
The water is quite cold, but a vibrant turquoise color, and as you swim in the water you
definitely get used to it. There’s a rope sort of railing to help you walk down to the water as it
can get quite slippery. There’s one section that’s easier to walk into and it’s pretty shallow
so even if you’re not the best swimmer you can enjoy the experience.
The Rock Restaurant.
This restaurant is built on a rock in the ocean. An awesome place to eat and enjoy the
Sunset beautiful views, drinking and having meal there too.
Jozan Forest.
The forest is home to Sykes and Vervet monkeys, bush babies, elephant shrews, bush pigs
civet cats, chameleons and several larger snakes, as well as 40-50 species of butterflies
and birds; but the endemic Kirk's Red Colobus monkeys are arguably its most famous
inhabitants, also is located on the South East of the Island.
Monkey has a distinctive facial expression. They are not afraid of humans,so it's easy (and
fun!) to watch them jumping from tree to tree, grooming and feeding Then we will board
oxcarts and ride through the villages that surround the forest towards the Pete inlet.
After a lovely Swahili lunch we will explore the mangrove forest by canoe. A vat to the
Zanzibar Butterfly Centre will round off your day exploring Zanzibar's nature. This
successful community project maintains the largest butterfly enclosure in East Africa, it
aims to protect Zanzibar's many indigenous species of butterflie.
Prison Island.
Visit the deserted island that was once used as a place where slaves were detained. Now a
days Prison Island is q place to relax at the lovely white beach. It is ideal for snorkeling.
Swimming or sunbathing You can also see the old prison ruins and about hundred giant
land tortoise. About 20 minutes by boat from Forodhani area lies Changuu, also known as
Prison Island.
That name is misleading; although the once impressive building, erected in 1893 by Lloyd
Mathews under orders of the British administrators, was originally intended as a prison, it
never housed criminals. The island was, however, reportedly used by an Arab slave trader
to contain the feistier and more troublesome slaves he had brought from the African
mainland. Later it became a quarantine station- but mostly it was a conveniently located
leisure spot for the wealthier townsfolk.
The old prison's crumbling cells can still be seen today, they provide shelter for the resident
peacocks and the giant Aldabra tortoises that Sultan Seyyid Said brought from the
Seychelles in the 1820's. Some of them are almost a Hundred Years Old The island is also
an ideal place for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, or simply relaxing on the white sandy
beach depending on the tides, start (best) at 8 am and the latest at 3 pm (tour duration
approx 2 to 3 hours). Including private guide, wooden boat with sunscreen, entrance fees at
Prison Island tortoise sanctuary,refreshments- such as fresh coconuts, drinking water &
seasonal fruits,
NB;
Please take a beach towel, wear swimwear under your clothes (if wished) and apply a good
amount of sun blocker with a high UV rating (reef- friendly sunscreen please) to avoid
sunburn. If possible please bring suitable beach footwear for the boat transfers. It is water
entry. Please wear clothing that can be pulled up above the knee, in case the water is a bit
high.
Spice Farms Tour.
A spice tour is a wonderful way of exploring the countryside around Stone Town and
Zanzibar's rural communities. Indeed no trip to Zanzibar can be considered complete
without a visit to one of our carefully selected spice farms.
For centuries Zanzibar's spices, medicinal plants and tropical fruits attracted traders
across the Indian Ocean. This 3-4 hour tour will seduce your senses with a mixture of
various smells, tastes and textures.
Among the many different plants, you will encounter are the henna bush, ylang-ylang, the
lipstick tree, iodine plant, cocoa, cassava, dasheen cocoyam and - yes, Zanzibar coffee!
Explore the island's abundance of mouthwatering tropical fruits like jackfruit, pineapples,
bananas, green coconut (madafu), durian, love apple (matufaa), rambutan (shoki-shoki),
soursop (mabungo) and starfruit (carambola).
We round off the leisurely farm walk with a home-cooked lunch in private rural ambience.
The lunch consists of a wide range of typical Swahili meals prepared to perfection by a
local farmer and his wife. Start (best) at 9.30 am / ends at 2 pm or later. Visit a spice farm
and learn how spices. Herbs and fruits grow and used as medicine
Mnemba Atoll snorkeling.
Mnemba Atoll is a protected oceanic area off north eastern Zanzibar near Matemwe with
excellent visibillty depths ranging from ten to thirty meters It includes the small triangular
island of Mnemba and a reef area comprising of two by four mlles.
This breath taking marine ecosystens famous for sightings of reen turtles and dolphins that
like to join you as you snorkel or dive while the seasonal migrating humpback whales
announce their presence with an occasional spout of water You will enjoy two 45 minute
long snorkelling sessions at different sites. Zanzibar is home to a number of dolphins,
including spinner dolphins, bottlenose dolphins, and humpback whales.
In between your snorkel stops you will have a 45-minute break with snacks and tea.
Following your last stop, the boat will return to the dive centre. If you have never dived
before but would like to (instead of snorkelling), you can also consider the PADI Discover
Scuba Diving program.
Beprepared:
We do rather suggest the snorkeling trip at Mnemba Atoll to spot dolphins than the
Kizimkazi Dolphin Tour, for mutiple reasons Though the most important thing to know is
that there is no guarantee for both spots to see them, because they remain wild animals in
the ocean. Butif ever you won spot them at Mnemba Atoll, you will have at least an
excellent snorkeling experience with various corals and fish species to discover.
After that will drive to Nungwi northern at Royal Beach Resort/Amaan Beach
Bungalows.

Connector383921896342023-05-16Verified Zanzibar Thomas is a true professional travel guide and you don't need any other to make your trip perfect!!! Giorgio C2022-08-16Verified Great tour and amazing Safari This experience need to be written because it is something that remain for all life. The driver was attending us at the airport despite the late and the guide of Tarangiri was fully preparate. One of the best experience in my life. The lodge between the nights of safari is clean and comfortable and it seems you are in a 5 stars hotel. Thomas is always care about you, trust him.Experience that I need to suggest to everyone. Vincent2021-11-18Verified More than a Safari Trip I had no idea I'd be getting much more than a tour to see wild animals. Frank was the best driver we could've asked for (Franks Ferrari Safari!!), and he knew more than we thought there was to know.It all started when we met Thomas, our guide, in Zanzibar. He turned 4 days of safari into a story that will stay with me forever. Arusha park, Manyara, Tarangire and Ngorongoro are almost impossible to pronounce but most definitely impossible to forget. We started our travels with this man as our guide and we finished it with a new brother. He took us beyond the touristy African planes and opened the doors of his home. I'm not sure when I'll be back there, but I'll always remember the man who befriended us, showed us his home and shot me a smile at all the songs I played wile driving trough the wild. Casey-lee D2021-11-15Verified READ THIS REVIEW ! This was a lifetime experience I will honestly never forget. Thomas and Frankie went ABOVE AND BEYOND all expectations. They were more than guides, they were friends we will never forget. After the tour we were even personally invited to his home to meet his children and family and were given a local tour of the school. The parks were beautiful and there wasn’t a single question left unanswered. In the day we saw plenty of wildlife and in the evening we got our asses whipped at the local bars pool table. Would highly recommend. Cannot wait to be back with Uncle Frankies Ferrari Safari. Jonathan2021-11-14Verified Safari Amazing experience, good guide and good Prices. We had the best time and saw all the animals that we wanted to see. Woud recommend! Clara & Joelle2021-09-13Verified Great experience We did the Safari at Tarangire, Nrongoro and Lake Manyara and enjoyed it a lot. The driver was really kind and told us many things about nature and animals. The camp where we stayed at night didnt meet our expectations. In the tent it was really loud at night and the food that our group has gotten was not really tasty and different to other groups food at the Restaurant. Anyways the Safari was the most important part for us and this was a very overwhelming experience. We liked it a lot! Alex D2020-12-30Verified Great We had an amazing experience in Tanzania(mainland and Zanzibar).I think I have done the craziest things in my life here and Thomas helped us a lot.🙂 Carina B2020-12-28Verified Great experience in Safari.
