Route
Meals & Accomodations

Your adventure begins with a morning drive to Tarangire National Park with a packed lunch. Covering an area of approximately 2,600 km², Tarangire is renowned for its large elephant herds (up to 300 elephants), ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife, including giraffes, buffaloes, hartebeests, elands, fringe-eared oryx, and over 550 bird species. After an extensive game drive, head to Panorama Campsite for dinner and an overnight stay.

 

After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater and descend into the world’s largest caldera with a packed lunch. This stunning ecosystem is home to black rhinos, gazelles, lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and over 500 bird species. After an intensive game drive, return to Arusha in the early evening.

  • sturdy shoes (trekking shoes or solid sneakers are sufficient)
  • light shoes, flipflop/sandals to wear in camp
